Who we are
MIG Healthcare is the public brand of Medical Imaging Group, LLC, located at Symphony Towers, 750 B Street, San Diego, CA 92101. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through mighealthcare.com.
Information you provide
When you contact us through the website, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, organization, how you are contacting us, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you email or call us directly, we receive the information you choose to include.
Please do not submit patient information, medical records or private student records through this website.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss the services you asked about, and manage our relationship with your school or organization. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
- Form delivery. Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-processing service.
- Hosting. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
The website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of our business relationships, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under California privacy law. Email partnerships@mighealthcare.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
MIG Partner Portal
Student accounts and clinical education records are kept in the separate, invitation-only MIG Partner Portal, not on this public website. Portal use is covered by the Portal terms and our Data and access practices.
Children
This website is intended for schools, healthcare organizations and adult professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and questions
