Public website inquiries
The contact form collects your name, work email, organization, contact type, interest and message, and delivers them to our partnerships inbox. No student attendance records or patient records are collected through this website.
Portal roles
Portal access is organized around students, assigned instructors, school directors and MIG administrators. Students see their own records. School directors see authorized records for their own school. MIG staff manage invitations and assignments.
Attendance and approved hours
The portal keeps recorded attendance separate from approved clinical hours. Exceptions and corrections require MIG review.
Patient information
Do not submit patient-identifying information or medical records through the website or the portal. Clinical education records are kept separate from patient information.
