The terms for using the invitation-only MIG Partner Portal.

Personal, authorized access
Use only the account issued to you. Do not share your sign-in or attempt to view records outside your assigned role or school.
Educational use
The portal supports attendance, scheduling, clinical-hour documentation, competency observations and school oversight. Use it only for those purposes.
Accurate records
Recorded attendance does not automatically become approved clinical credit. MIG staff review clinical hours and any exceptions, and your school makes the final decision about the hours it accepts.
Confidentiality
Safeguard student information and follow your school's and workplace's requirements. Do not enter patient-identifying information.
Access
Accounts are created by MIG invitation. Contact your MIG coordinator for help with your account, assigned records or attendance instructions. We may suspend access that is misused or no longer authorized.
